We have a regular routine, do not smoke or party, and are very mindful of cleanliness and shared spaces. We communicate openly, respect others’ privacy, and always follow house rules. I'm now a PhD student in biomedical science. I'm usually at the lab on weekdays and generally keep a quiet life at home (that is, no smoking, drinking, or parties). I play in an orchestra on campus, so no worries for instrument noise at home. The only thing to know is I tend to stay up late, but I will keep it to myself. I enjoy cooking and am happy to share whatever I make.

I work full time and tend to go out on weekends to visit family or friends so you will have plenty of time to yourself at the apartment.
