Hi there! I’m Alex SHI, a first-year Engineering student at UNSW starting in Term 1 of 2026. I’ll be majoring in Electrical Engineering (EE Honors), so I’m all about those circuits and voltage… but don’t worry, I’m also super excited about the whole "university experience" thing!
I’m the kind of guy who doesn’t have any bad habits, no smoking, no drinking, no late-night Netflix binges (unless you count the occasional late-night studying, but hey, that’s a given, right?). I’m all about fashion and love rocking the latest streetwear, basically, I’m the “cool, techie guy” who knows his way around a hoodie just as much as I know my way around an electrical circuit. Call it style meets smarts.
As for personality, I’m pretty laid-back and easy to get along with. You know that type of person who, after spending a little time together, you start thinking, “Wow, he’s not that bad after all”? That’s me. I’m warm, friendly, and will definitely listen if you need someone to talk to. If we end up as flatmates, I promise, you won’t find me blasting music at 3 AM, unless it’s your request on the piano, in which case, I might just surprise you with a tune or two.
