To clarify, this is not subletting, but an offer to share the property with one room mate (me) who will take one of two double bedrooms. I am a 24 year old, who enjoys a clean and tidy home. I work at UNSW and enjoy travelling and being active outdoors and can be often found on campus. I am often away on weekends visiting family or friends. I am mature and respectful, and understand your rights to privacy.
