We are a group of three male Vietnamese postgraduate students studying at UNSW and the University of Sydney. All of us are Australia Awards Scholars (AAS), coming to Sydney for full‑time study. We are responsible, respectful, and value a quiet and well‑maintained living environment.
On weekdays, we are mostly focused on classes, study, and research. We have a regular routine, do not smoke or party, and are very mindful of cleanliness and shared spaces. We communicate openly, respect others’ privacy, and always follow house rules.
We are looking for a safe, comfortable home where we can focus on our studies, and we hope to be considerate and reliable tenants and friendly flatmates. We will arrive at Sydney in the end week of July.
