my name is Theresa. I am 25 years old and currently looking for accommodation in Sydney from September until December 2026, as I will be spending this time abroad for an exchange semester at UNSW Sydney.
A little bit about me: I am a very clean, respectful, and reliable person who values a comfortable and peaceful living environment. I am a non-smoker, I don’t have any pets, and I always make sure to take great care of the place I live in. I treat everyone with respect and openness, regardless of their religion, sexuality, or nationality!
In my free time, I am very active, enjoy being outdoors, and do sports regularly, so having a relaxed, tidy, and respectful home environment is something that is especially important to me.
I enjoy having conversations and doing things together with my flatmates, but I also completely understand and respect it if someone prefers to have their own space and quiet time.
I also have plenty of experience living in shared apartments, so I know how important it is to be considerate, communicate well, and respect shared spaces.
I am currently looking for either a private apartment or a flatshare, and I am generally flexible regarding the setup. Ideally, I would prefer a place in a more central area of Sydney with good public transport connections, but I am open to different options.
My preferred budget is up to around 490 AUD per week.
