I’m a first-year Exercise Physiology student at UNSW looking for a place around Kingsford, Kensington or Randwick. I also work part-time in Kingsford, so somewhere nearby would be ideal for both uni and work.
Between uni, work, and training, I tend to have a pretty busy and structured schedule. I’m super active and love going to the gym, running, getting outside, and generally keeping busy.
I’m a mix of social and independent - I love spending time with friends and would be keen to live with people I get along with, but I also really value my own downtime and having a calm home to come back to.
I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m always happy to do my share of cleaning and keeping the house organised. I’m pretty easy-going, mindful of other people’s routines and looking for somewhere that feels friendly, comfortable and like a home 😊
