UNSW does not check the accuracy, or the completeness of the information submitted or inspect any of the properties listed on this website.
You must make your own assessment of the information provided and inspect the accommodation prior to paying any money or signing any documents.
All complaints and concerns about a provider can be sent to studystays@unsw.edu.au

If you are entering a residential tenancy agreement, the provider must give you a tenant information statement and residential tenancy agreement in English.

As a tenant you have rights at law under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) and Residential Tenancy Regulation 2019 (NSW).

If you are entering a boarding house arrangement the provider must give you a copy of the occupancy arrangement and the boarding house rules.

The relevant law that applies is the Boarding Houses Act 2012 (NSW) and the Boarding Houses Regulation 2013 (NSW).
