Provider Agreement
Residential
The provider has agreed to these requirements:
Upon request, you can verify that you are the legal owner of the property.
You must comply with all applicable law to residential tenancies including the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) and the Residential Tenancies Regulation 2019 (NSW).
A written Residential Tenancy Agreement will be provided and you must give the tenant a tenant information statement before the Residential Tenancy Agreement is signed.
You must not charge more than four weeks rent for bond and at no time should there be a ‘bond’ charged for utilities. You must provide a receipt for the bond and by law you are required to deposit the bond to NSW Fair Trading and provide the tenant with the option to use Rental Bonds Online.
Provide full address with street and (if applicable) unit number.
Property is within 15km radius of UNSW Kensington or Paddington campuses.
Upload at least seven (7) photos taken within the previous 3 months, showing the following: - All available bedrooms;
- Bathroom;
- Kitchen;
- Lounge Room;
- Entrance from street;
- Garage or Car space (if advertised);
- Any other advertised shared or common space
