1-bedroom shared boarding house, Liberty Street
The provider has agreed to these requirements:
You have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of use.
You must be registered as a Boarding House or Lodging House with NSW Fair Trading.
You must comply with all applicable laws to Boarding Houses including the Boarding Houses Act 2012 (NSW) and the Boarding House Regulation 2013 (NSW).
A written Occupancy Agreement will be provided to the resident specifying:
a) how much the occupancy fee (i.e. Rent) will be;
b) whether the resident will be charged for utilities such as gas, electricity or water;
c) the house rules;
d) if the resident has to pay a security deposit and how much it will be, provided that it does not exceed 2 weeks of occupancy fee; and
e) how and why the occupancy agreement can be terminated, including how much notice the resident will be given before eviction.

Property is within 15km radius of UNSW Kensington or Paddington campuses.
Upload at least seven (7) photos taken within the previous 3 months, showing the following:
- All available bedrooms;
- Bathroom;
- Kitchen;
- Lounge Room;
- Entrance from street;
- Garage or Car space (if advertised);
- Any other advertised shared or common space
