Sub-let or Transfer

The provider has agreed to these requirements:

You have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of use.
You have obtained your landlord’s written permission to sub-let or transfer the property, and can provide a record of this upon request.
You must comply with all applicable law to residential tenancies including the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) and the Residential Tenancies Regulation 2019 (NSW).
If this is a sub-let, a Share Housing Agreement will be provided for sub-tenants
If bond is to be charged, a Change of Shared Tenancy Form will be signed and lodged with NSW Fair Trading
Provide full address with street and (if applicable) unit number.
Property is within 15km radius of UNSW Kensington or Paddington campuses.
Upload at least seven (7) photos taken within the previous 3 months, showing the following:
  • All available bedrooms;
  • Bathroom;
  • Kitchen;
  • Lounge Room;
  • Entrance from street;
  • Garage or Car space (if advertised);
  • Any other advertised shared or common space
